TopHat have delivered these first homes for Persimmon in Stroud, Gloucestershire.
TopHat’s precision engineered homes were carefully integrated within Persimmon’s Gloucestershire development. Surrounded by traditionally built homes delivered by Persimmon, TopHat’s innovated 3D brick product was utilised to match the well-known ‘Persimmon Red’ brick that they directly manufacture.
The ultra low carbon homes delivered by TopHat were privately sold alongside the Persimmon homes.
