We are delighted to be shortlisted for 2 awards at the Explore Offsite Awards 2021.
We have been recognised for the fantastic White Road project delivered for Medway Council. Our White Road project has been nominated for ‘Best use of Timber Technology’ and ‘Social housing project of the year’.
Working as main contractor, TopHat delivered the entire project over 6 months, around half the time of a traditional construction programme. The homes have been built to the highest environmental standards, ensuring that the new residents will be able to afford to heat them, assisting in alleviating fuel poverty. For example, the new homes include integral PVs, which provide power to the homes, helping in keeping running costs down.
