It was great to welcome Tom Pursglove, MP for Corby & East Northamptonshire and Minister of State at DWP, to the 650,000 sq ft site for our new cutting-edge 3D Modular house building facility.
After seeing the site Tom commented that “this is the future of housebuilding” and that “it is the scale of the opportunity that is so exciting” – we couldn't agree more!
Once it is up and running, our new facility, located in Corby’s new Magma Park, will create 1,000 new, skilled green jobs for the local community. As well as creating jobs, the facility will bring together the latest robotics and our proprietary technology to manufacture and distribute up to 4,000 beautiful, highly energy efficient (to build and to run) new generation 3D Modular homes per year. The new facility will be built to “BREEAM Excellent” standard and will be the largest home building factory in Europe – the size of 11 football pitches.
