TopHat’s project in Rugby resulted in the delivery of 38 new homes for Urban & Civic, on their major new Houlton project.

TopHat worked with master developer Urban & Civic to develop a long, thin strip of land, known as the Slivers.

Working jointly from the outset, the parties strove to develop a scheme that could be successfully delivered on a tight site, whilst also maintaining the high design standards of the wider development.

The new homes that have been installed on the Slivers are all for private sale, via Urban & Civic’s Civic Living brand.
All the new homes have been built with a range of sustainability features, including air source heat pumps, to ensure low running costs.

TopHat provided a manufacture, supply and install service on the Slivers, Rugby.
